The year 1990 was an exciting year when the real estate market started to decline and Lucky Realty open its doors with four people. These four people being Luis Nogueira, his wife, his partner Jack Da Silva and a friend.

While everyone was cutting costs & losing money on investments, prices were dropping like crazy. This is when the “Lucky Adventure” came in with a different positive attitude and never once thought about the negative impact that everyone was living.
Aggressive, Persistent and Hard Working individuals made this company a winning team and with a need for expansion, the 2nd office opened in the North Ward.

Being pioneers in New Construction in the City of Newark brought the idea to the table that the City of Elizabeth was the next growing market. Shortly after the idea was presented, the 3rd office was opened at 640 Newark Avenue.

The original 500 square foot main office at 61 Wilson Avenue in Newark was just too small for the numbers that were being produced. That’s when another big jump was taken by this courageous team. Five years after the Grand Opening, the new main office was open on Ferry Street with 4,500 square feet.

The competition woke up and got aggressive. There is nothing worst for your business than having your people leave you for a better offer. A change was needed and the team couldn’t be hands on anymore. We needed to be more aggressive than ever in order to be the best and the biggest without having anything to worry about. The formula was discovered a few years before, and we acquired it through Exit, this phenomenal and unique system through an incredible franchise model that has no precedents through residuals.
The Kenilworth, Paterson, and Commercial/Administration offices came in after the Exit conversion. We more than tripled our sales force from 60 agents in 2000 to over 250. Our 17th Anniversary in February 2007
Meanwhile the world changed the market adjusted and so did we. Presently with 3 offices that are open 7 days a week with committed associates that are here to serve all of your real estate needs.
We continue to focus on the most important part of our business, our clients, customer service is our number 1 concern and everyday battle. Our agents are aware that our neighbors expect the best from us and our character supersedes our reputation.
